Russia's proxy forces mounted four attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas in the past 24 hours, with no Ukrainian soldiers reported as killed or wounded in action.

In the evening, the adversaries had been shelling our positions near the village of Luhanske for more than two hours, using 120mm and 82mm mortars, cannons of infantry fighting vehicles and heavy machine guns," the press center of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) Headquarters said on Facebook on Friday, February 2.

"Moreover, the same types of weapons were used in the afternoon and in the evening to shell the Ukrainian fortified positions near the village of Troyitske. In total, the illegal armed formations lobbed over 50 shells of various calibers into our fortified positions," the report says.
