In Tripoli, Libya the Ukrainian-Libyan talks took place headed by President Victor Yushchenko and the Prime Minister of the Great Socialist People`s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya al-Baghdadi Ali al-Mahmudi, according to the President`s press-office.
During the talks sides discussed prospects of developing cooperation between Ukraine and Libya in trade, investments, oil and gas production sector, aircraft construction, agriculture, tourism, humanitarian field.

Separately the sides dwelled on cooperation between their respective countries within the framework of the United Nations and other international organizations.
