Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan left for Ukraine on Wednesday, according to Turkish Press.
Babacan will attend the 18th meeting of foreign ministers council of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) in Kiev on Thursday.
He will also hold talks with foreign ministers of BSEC member states during his visit to Ukraine.
