Dismissed Ambassador to represent Ukraine at Medvedev`s inauguration

Dyomin will work until a new Ambassador is appointed

At the inauguration of newly elected Russian Federation President Dmitriy Medvedev, Ukraine will be represented by Ambassador of Ukraine to Russia Oleh Dyomin.

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry’s spokesman Vassyl Kyrylych disclosed this to UNIAN. The inauguration will take place in Moscow on May 7.

As UNIAN reported earlier, President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, with his decree, removed O.Dyomin from post of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Russia Federation on April 4. According to the words of V.Kyrylych, O.Dyomin will work on the post until a new Ambassador is appointed.
