Ukraine - EU Troika meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs to be held

In Slovenia on May 22

The Ukraine - EU Troika meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs due to take place in Ljubljana (Slovenia) on May 22, according to the Mission of Ukraine to European Communities.

The Ukrainian delegation headed by Foreign Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko will include the Representative of Ukraine to the EU Andri Veselovsky, Head of the MFA EU Department Pavlo Klymkin.

The ministerial EU Troyka delegation headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia Dmitriy Rupel will be represented by the EU Commissioner of Foreign Affairs B.Ferrero-Waldner and representatives of the next French Presidency in the EU as well.

During the meeting the sides will examine the course of negotiations on a new, enhanced agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, preparations for the 12th Ukraine - EU Summit slated for September 9 in France, cooperation in the fields of common foreign and security policy, domestic situation in Ukraine and the European Union as well as international and regional issues of common interest.
