Yushchenko meets Voronin

In St. Petersburg President Victor Yushchenko met with the President of the Republic of Moldova Vladimir Voronin, according to the President`s press-office.

During the meeting sides have discussed trade-economic and humanitarian cooperation between Ukraine and Moldova, including stirring up the work of Ukrainian-Moldavian intergovernmental commission.

Besides the two leaders brought up a question of developing cooperation within the framework of “3+2” talks on managing Pridnestrovie conlict.

President Yushchenko also repeated his invitation to President Voronin to visit Ukraine in the second half of June.
