Iraqi security forces liberate Albu Sodah, kill 10 ISIS elements east of Ramadi

On Thursday, Commander of the army's 8th brigade Major-General Majid al-Fatlawi announced the liberation of Albu Sodah area east of Ramadi, while emphasized that ten elements of the ISIS organization were killed and a vehicle was destructed during the operation, according to Iraqi News.

Fatlawi said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, "The forces of the army's 8th brigade have carried out a military operation in Albu Sodah area east of Ramadi," pointing out that, "The security forces managed to liberate the area and raised the Iraqi flag above one of its buildings, after killing 10 elements of the ISIS organization and destructing an armed vehicle."

Earlier, Fatlawi announced the liberation of al-Sura area east of Ramadi, while indicated to the death of five elements of the ISIS organization and the destruction of a booby-trapped vehicle during the liberation operation.
