The new concept of foreign policy concerning Moldova was presented by the party’s representative MP Viorel Badea, reads the report.
"Bessarabian question should not be a matter of internal party struggle, but it should rather be an issue that unites all of our political forces,” said Badea. The strategy on uniting with the “brotherly nation” should be the subject of a national consensus, according to the MP.
According to the strategy, Romania will reaffirm its position of a main supporter of Moldova's European integration aspirations.

The plan also envisages an increase in the support of the Metropolitan Church of Bessarabia, the development of programs in secondary and higher education, simplification of acquiring Romanian citizenship by former Romanian citizens living Moldova and their descendants.
The development of joint transport infrastructure is now planned.
Thus, Romania would like to increase the number of trains to Ungheni and assist in building a Chisinau-Ungheni branch. Romania will also promote the development of air traffic between the two countries in line with EU standards.
Also, according to a plan, the interaction between internal affairs agencies of the two states will be strengthened, along with the joint fight against corruption.
In addition, Romania mulls merger of the two financial and banking systems.
