Romania supports Ukraine’s bid to join NATO MAP

Romania supports the Ukraine’s bid to join NATO Membership Action Plan in December of the current year.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Foreign Minister of Romania Lazar Comanescu claimed this at a joined press conference with Foreign Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Ohryzko on Friday.
“I’d like to confirm that Romania supports efforts of Ukraine on joining NATO. We support giving Ukraine a MAP perspective as early as in December of the current year”, L.Komanesku said.
According to him, Romania also supports Euro-integration bids of Ukraine, including singing a new enhanced agreement.
