Lavrov on NATO expansion: Russia to refute "all risks and threats to national security"

The Russian side will take all necessary steps "to parry the risks and threats to the national security," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with Hungarian newspaper Magyar Nemzet on the eve of his visit to Budapest, according to TASS.
