TASS: Latvia claims to observe Russian warplanes near its borders
Four Russian warplanes have been seen near Latvia's borders, Latvia's national armed forces said in a press statement on Sunday, according to Russian news agency TASS.
"Two Su-27 and two An-26 planes were identified flying over the Baltic Sea's neutral waters near Latvia's territorial waters on May 29," the statement said, TASS wrote.
