Because Turkey closed its air corridor
A special plane with humanitarian relief for Georgia on board could not fly out of Kyiv.
Foreign Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Ohryzko disclosed this to TV 5 Kanal.
According to his information, Turkey closed its air corridor, and the plane could not have landed in Georgia.
