According to FOCUS, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs /MFA/ pointed that Russia has been acting in the line with the international right and mostly with the Friendship and Collaboration Agreement between Russia and Ukraine referring to the Black Sea navy residence conditions.
The measures, which Ukraine has threatened to take haven’t been comforted with Ukrainian- Russian agreements and would be unfriendly.
