Military drills Anaconda-2016 start in Poland
International military drills"Anaconda-2016" start in Poland. The opening ceremony is set to be held on Monday, June 6, in National Defense University in Warsaw, Ukraine Today reports.
According to the official website, the upcoming event will be the third to encompass international scale. This year the participants' list includes from 19 NATO member states, as well as six partner states, including Ukraine, from a joint program "The Partnership for Peace," according to Ukraine Today.
"The drills are aimed at elaborating the means of joint operations and coalition command during a joint defence operation under hybrid war conditions,"reported in the official message of the event.
