Latvia spots another Russian warship near its territorial waters
Latvia's armed forces have spotted a Russian navy warship near the country's border, the armed forces reported on their Twitter page.
"On July 18, Russian tow vessel Neptune was spotted about four nautical miles from the border of Latvia," the statement says.

"On June 1, Latvian armed forces spotted two Russian Parchim-class corvettes seven nautical miles away from Latvia's border," reads the statement.
