Yanukovych met with Head of Polish Government Kaczynski
They discussed bilateral issues
During the meeting, the Heads of Ukrainian and Polish Governments discussed a wide range of questions regarding bilateral relations between two countries as well as relations with NATO and EU, according to the press-office of the Cabinet of Ministers. As a result, they came to a decision to activate the work of interstate organs which have not used their full potential lately, according to the top officials.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych emphasized that they achieved mutual understanding in solving bipartite Ukraine-Poland issues. “These are the issues concerning Odessa-Brody pipeline, border cooperation which will have positive influence on the questions of gas transportation passages and bipartite relations concerning trade and participation in investment projects,” added Ukrainian Prime Minister. Viktor Yanukovych stated his opinion, that most of the issues can acquire positive dynamics in the nearest future.
Head of Polish Council of Ministers Yaroslav Kaczynski informed that he had been invited by the Head of Ukraine’s Government to pay an official visit to Kyiv in November. “It will be a very good start for our future relations,” noted Polish Prime Minister.
