Russia, Turkey draft plan of Syria truce – media
Turkey and Russia have agreed on a plan of ceasefire aimed to cover the whole territory of Syria, which will be presented to the parties to the conflict, Anadolu news agency reported citing its sources.
The agreement will cover all areas where hostilities are ongoing between opposition groups and Assad forces, according to Anadolu.
As part of the agreement between Russia and Turkish, parties to the conflict will be asked to cease fighting from 00:00 on December 29.
At the same time, the agreement on ceasefire does not apply to "terrorist organizations", the report says.
