In Vilnius President Victor Yushchenko and President of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus inked the Roadmap of Ukrainian-Lithuanian strategic partnership development for 2009-2010.
According to the President`s press-office, the document provides institutional mechanisms for cooperation in such fields as:
