Russia interested in stepping up investments into Ukrainian economics

Russia is interested in stepping up investments into the Ukrainian economics.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov claimed this to journalists in Moscow today after the meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Victor Yanukovych.

“We are very interested in metallurgy, high technology, and the  manufacturing  industry”, M.Fradkov said.

"On  our side, Ukrainian business would also like to take part in a number of assets in Russia, however we don`t feel that such a process is taking place  so  far," he said.
