Polish Defense Minister Antoni Macierewicz presented a doctrine at the Academy of Military Art in Warsaw, Rzeczpospolita reports.

It was shaped based on the strategic defense review, which completed last month. The Polish defense doctrine can already be found on the website of the Polish Defense Ministry.

Polish army retains its priority increased combat readiness to defend the country's territory. At the same time, the doctrine also allows allied participation in foreign operations. The document envisages a plan for setting up defense points that would prevent the enemy from advancing deeper into Polish territory in case of the attack.

According to the doctrine, the main source of threats for Poland is Russia's aggressive policy and its violation of international laws, the use of brute force against other countries, as well as attempts to destabilize NATO and the EU.
