Lithuania will observe the exercises from Belarus and Leningrad region of the Russian Federation, Delfi reports.

"Lithuania ... along with other states in the region received an invitation from Russia and Belarus to observe the exercises Zapad 2017," Asta Galdikaite, a spokeswoman for the Lithuanian Defense Ministry said, according to BNS.
