EU, Gazprom, Naftogaz to meet on gas loan

 European commission, Russia`s Gazprom (GAZP.MM), Ukraine`s Naftogaz and international banks will meet on Monday in Brussels to discuss a loan to finance gas storage in Ukraine, a European Comission official said on Thursday, according to Reuters.

"The Ukraine loan is the main issue of the meeting. We need to listen to our financial institutions to see what the possibilities are," Marjeta Jager of the EU`s Directorate-General for Energy and Transport, told reporters.

"Everyone hopes that the problem will be fixed. We do not want another gas crisis," she said.
