When asked if Mr. Ohryzko was really on the Russia’s list of most unwanted persons, Mr. Loskutov responded:

“I do not know where these rumors appeared from. It is an issue that needs to be solved and forgotten, as it harms our friendly relations.”

The Russian diplomat specified the fourth session of the Commission on the Russian Black Sea Fleet scheduled for February 27 was part of Yushchenko-Putin Intergovernmental Commission.

“Before coming here I called to make sure Mr. Ohryzko will receive a warm welcome in Moscow.”
