It is possible to become drunk while drinking kvass during heat period

Excessive drinking of kvass during a heat period can lead to an alcoholic intoxication that is why it is not necessary to drink too much of it, president of the Russian Union of producers of non-alcoholic beverages and mineral waters Dmitriy Petrov disclosed this to RIA Novosti.

He added that kvass relates to low-alcohol beverages and contains about 1% of ethyl alcohol.
