In case if the Russian side makes an inquiry, we will transfer this information to them”, V.Ohryzko said.

Speaking about the indignation of Russian Ambassador Victor Chernomyrdin, V.Ohryzko called his reaction “understandable”.

Asked whether the murder may influence the relations between Ukraine and Russia, V.Ohryzko said: “It is a criminal case, and let specialist clear it out.”

As UNIAN reported earlier, Maksym Kurochkin, a reputed Moscow-based organized crime ringleader held in connection with corruption charges, was shot on 27 March, minutes after a Kyiv judge turned down his plea to be released on bail and police had escorted him out of the court.
