President leaves for Brussels
He is expected to speak about how to resolve the political crisis in Ukrai
Accompanied by Foreign Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Deputy Secretariat Chief of Staff Oleksandr Chalyy, Victor Yushchenko has left for a one-day visit to Brussels, according to the President`s press-office.
He is expected to hold talks with the President of the European Commission, Jose Manuel Barroso to speak about how to resolve the political crisis in Ukraine democratically. Yushchenko is also scheduled to meet with Wilfried Martens, President of the European People’s Party, and Hans-Gert Pottering, President of the European Parliament.
He will then fly to Cardiff (UK) to attend a final presentation of Ukraine and Poland’s bid to host the Euro 2012 finals with Polish President Lech Kaczynski.
