Victor Yushchenko has called Estonian President Arnold Ruutel to wish him a Happy Birthday, according to the President’s press-office.
They also discussed Ukrainian-Estonian relations. Mr. Yushchenko reiterated that Ukraine was interested to use Estonia’s experience to join the European Union and NATO.
