Foreign Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatseniuk left on a two-day official visit to Canada, in the course of which he will visit Ottawa and Toronto.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, during the visit to Ottawa, A.Yatseniuk will hold talks with Foreign Minister of Canada Peter MacKay, National Defense Minister of Canada Gordon O’Konnor, International Collaboration Minister Jose Verner, and Canadian parliament’s Chamber of Commons representative Peter Milliken.

A.Yatseniuk is also about to meet with Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) president Robert Greenhill, chiefs of “Canada-Ukraine” friendship group in the Canadian parliament. The Ukrainian Foreign Minister will deliver a speech in the Ottawa University.

On 8 May the Minister will visit Toronto, where he is due to meet the province leadership, members of the Ukrainian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and local Ukrainian NGOs.
