President Victor Yushchenko on Tuesday spoke by phone with Javier Solana, Secretary General of the Council of the European Union and High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, according to the President`s press-office.
They discussed the political situation in Ukraine and preparations for early parliamentary elections, scheduled to be held on September 30.
