Ukraine and Morocco arranged to start the consultations on facilitating visa regime.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said this at the joint press conference with Kingdom of Morocco Foreign Minister Mohammed Benaissa.
A. Yatsenyuk said that at today’s negotiations the sides decided that Morocco will issue not individual visas for Ukrainian citizens, but so called single grouped visa.
“This is a considerable facilitating for Ukrainian citizens and a considerable reduction in price of visas”, said A. Yatsenyuk.
The Ministers also arranged to start bilateral consultations on further facilitating of the visa regime for the diplomatic and service passports owners and “to come to put off the visa regime for Ukraine”.
A. Yatsenyuk noted that free-visa regime is introduced by Morocco to EU countries.
In addition, according to the words of A. Yatsenyuk’s words the arrangement on Ukrainian – Morocco Cooperation Issues Commission was reached, which will deal with economic, humanitarian and education cooperation. In particular, A. Yatsenyuk noted that more 1 thousand of Morocco students study in Ukraine now.
