GUAM leaders created new organization
And signed a joint declaration
Leaders of the GUAM countries (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Moldova), signed a declaration creating “Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM”, the statute of the organization, and also a joint declaration of the President on the issues of solving conflicts.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, the documents were signed by President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, President of Azerbaijan Ilkham Aliyev, President of Moldova Vladimir Voronin, and President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili.
The GUAM countries leaders signed the declaration at the Summit, which is taking place in Kyiv.
