President met outgoing American Ambassador

Victor Yushchenko met with U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine John Herbst, who has been working in our country since 2003 but will soon assume another post, according to the President’s press-office.

The Head of State thanked Mr. Herbst for making a considerable contribution to the development of strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States of America and improving economic and investment cooperation.

They also discussed George Bush’s future visit to Ukraine.
