Yanukovych congratulated Polish PM Donald Tusk

On appointment to the post

Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych on behalf of the Government of Ukraine and on his behalf congratulated Mr. Donald Tusk on appointment to the post of the Head of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland, according to the government’s press-office.

In the greeting message the Ukrainian PM expressed confidence that due joint efforts of Governments of Ukraine and Poland the relations of strategy partnership between two states would have new practical achievements for the welfare of the Ukrainian and Polish people in the interests of strengthening security and stability on the European continent.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine noted immutable important role of Poland in deepening democratic processes and supporting European aspirations of Ukraine and expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation between Governments of both states with the purpose of achieving a strategy goal of Ukraine – European integration.

Viktor Yanukovych wished his counterpart Donald Tusk to achieve great results on this high state post and friendly Polish people – further successes and prosperity.
