Yanukovych, Zubkov discuss Ukrainian-Russian cooperation
Special attention was focused on gas cooperation
Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych held telephone conversation with Head of Government of the Russian Federation Viktor Zubkov, according to the government’s press-office.
“Just now I talked with Prime Minister of Russia Viktor Zubkov and today experts depart from there. The same appeal will be made to Poland, Germany and I think to the USA – these states have the mining science of high level,” Viktor Yanukovych told at briefing in Donetsk.
The Head of Ukrainian Government noted that now experts are investigating the Zasyadko mine. “They are working to provide pumping regime at the mine,” Viktor Yanuklovych said adding that works at the mine would be ceased before the relative expert conclusion with participation of international experts.
During the telephone conversation Viktor Yanukovych and Viktor Zubkov discussed burning issue of trade-economic relations between Ukraine and Russia. Special attention was focused on gas cooperation.
