Tymoshenko held telephone conversation with Zubkov

Governments of Ukraine and Russia are interested in urgent beginning of work of the bilateral Committee on economic cooperation. Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko told journalists, commenting the results of recent telephone conversation with Head of Government of the Russian Federation Viktor Zubkov, according to the government’s press-office.

Yulia Tymoshenko noted that during the discussion with Viktor Zubkov they had agreed to begin urgently work of the Committee on economic cooperation and set out to solving of issues which had not been solved to this day.

Besides, the Head of Ukrainian Government reported that the Cabinet of Ministers had submitted to the President’s consideration a new composition of the Ukrainian side of the Ukrainian-Russian Committee on economic cooperation of the interstate commission.

“We have submitted to the President’s consideration the Ukrainian composition of the committee and wait for President’s approval by his decree,” Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko told.
