Ukraine wants to sign a new enhanced agreement with the European Union by June of the current year.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he claimed this at a joint informational meeting of the European Business Association in Kyiv today.
“We would like to finish this work by August of the current year, or, probably, by June, when the Slovenian presidency in EU terminates”, he said.
At the same time, the Minister said, if the agreement is not signed within the mentioned-above terms, Ukraine would like that it be signed at the Ukraine-EU Summit this September, in the course of the President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko visit to France.
