Former chairman of Lviv appelate and administrative court Igor Zvarych gives valuable evidences about bribery system in “the third power” - whom and what for the money was given, what the price was for appointments and about others outrages in the highest courts of Ukraine.
Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Renat Kuzmin said this to Segodnya newspaper (№ 136 from July 1, 2009).
According to his words, investigators “came to very high officials from judicial hierarchy of the country”. Besides I. Zvarych they interrogated 8 other high rank judges, not Kyiv and Lviv judges. R. Kuzmin added that their testimonies are also documented and involved into case.
Deputy Prosecutor General did not say about surnames, having said that representatives of judicial manpower “know well about these people”.
