At the same time, he said that work on the e-declaration system is not over, as the developer should integrate it with external IT systems of the state register and databases.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko announced that the official launch of the e-declaration system was scheduled for today at 23:59.

"Yesterday, the head of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine said that the certificate was ready. The software has been considerably updated," he told journalists during his working trip to Mariupol.

Poroshenko stressed that it would mean the fulfillment of the conditions associated with a cooperation program with the International Monetary Fund and Ukraine's commitments in ensuring EU visa-free travel.

NAPC announced the launch of the e-declaration system on August 15, however, it was launched without a certificate of compliance, which is foreseen by the law.
