The press service of Luhansk City Council disclosed to UNIAN that in a result of firing Kirovska substation in Kamennobrodskyi region was damaged, electricity and water supplies are absent.

In a result of absence of electricity, hydraulic power stations stop it work and water supply is also absent.

Specialists can not reach the place of accident to liquidate consequences of accident because of continuation of armed clashes in the city.
