This year, Ukrainian athletes set 10 records and became the absolute winners in Funchal, Portugal, Ukraine Today reported.
"The result is beyond comparison. What makes it even more unique is that our team comprises 45 athletes, and 35 of them are medal-winners," said Valeriy Sushkevych, Presidential Commissioner for Rights of People with Disabilities in Ukraine.
