"We will try together with colleagues from the embassy, the diaspora to help them [soldiers], including by providing psychological assistance. Despite a highly professional and sincere support of the American military and doctors, the first period of adaptation is the most difficult one. I have seen for myself that this medical center has created unique conditions, not only for the treatment, rehabilitation but also concerning the social adaptation. I hope everything will go according to the plan. I wish our soldiers to overcome these difficulties with dignity!" Chaly wrote.
