The source adds that the talks on the sale have advanced but the deal has not been closed yet. The shopping mall is estimated at US$270 million – US$315 million, which is approximately the same figure posted six years ago, when TPS Real Estate entered the Ukrainian market. Earlier, Dragon Capital Investments Limited, a member of the Dragon Capital group of companies, completed the acquisition of the Victoria Gardens shopping center in the city of Lviv, western Ukraine.
