Expert: Ukraine to launch deep modernization of T-64 tanks

As UNIAN reported earlier, at the latest meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, its Secretary, Oleksandr Turchynov called the priority task creating missile and rocket arms, which would strengthen defenses of the country&#39;s coastline. In addition, the state will support promising developments in manufacture of heavy howitzer artillery, air defense and communications equipment, and armored vehicles, as well as expand production of ammunition and projectiles.
