In particular, the local military and civilian administration, a pension fund office, an Ukrtelecom branch, a police station, an emergency ward, and a heating pump station for 14-story apartment building have been provided with electricity. "The lack of electricity does not affect the heat supplies to the households. Drinking water is supplied to the population as usual," the agency added. Electricity supplies should be restored on January 4.
