REUTERS The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) is waiting when the US$3 billion NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine has received from Russia&#39;s Gazprom as part of the Stockholm arbitration award is sold on Ukraine&#39;s interbank forex market. "We expect that the funds that Naftogaz received from Gazprom in the amount of almost US$3 billion will be sold [exchanged for hryvnias] and transferred to the national budget. We will be on the [interbank forex] market and will buy that amount," NBU Governor Yakiv Smolii told reporters.
