Poroshenko: Ukraine could count on $4 bln from U.S., IMF in case Cabinet operating - media
If there were an operating Cabinet of Ministers in Ukraine, the country could expect to receive $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees and a $3 billion loan from the International Monetary Fund, according to Petro Poroshenko who spoke at the BPP faction meeting Monday, RBC Ukraine reported citing several participants of the meeting.
