"The most important discussion was the joint production of [military] equipment both in Canada and Ukraine. We would like Canada to join the construction of an ammunition plant in Ukraine, and we have discussed this issue with my counterpart," Poltorak said at a joint press conference of Ukraine's minister with Canada's Defense Minister Harjit Singh Sajjan on Wednesday, September 27.
