Kyiv police say bomb threats concerning the building of the Kyiv Court of Appeals, the Ocean Plaza shopping mall, the Central Railway Station, and Kyiv Sikorsky Airport (Zhuliany) were fake reports.

Bomb disposal teams did not find any explosive device in the said facilities, the police's media liaison office told UNIAN.

All the facilities resumed work after the search operation was over.

Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said on July 21 that two improvised explosive devices had been found during an inspection of the area near the Minska subway station in the capital city. They were later disposed of in an explosion.

Police also received anonymous calls about bombs planted in the court, the shopping mall, and the railway station. Therefore, security measures were stepped up on the streets and in places of mass gatherings of citizens, transport interchanges, subway stations, etc.
