"Kyiv openly intends to break all ties with Russia, provoking us with such steps to a tit-for-tat measure, which will be a strong 'blow' to the millions of Ukrainians who are working in Russia. In turn, spokesperson for Russia's Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said the introduction of tit-for-tat measures for the entry of male Ukrainian nationals into the Russian Federation might lead to insanity.

"As for Ukraine and the regime that is now at the levers of governing the country, it's scary to talk about tit-for-tat measures, because if someone tries to repeat what is happening now in Kyiv, it will lead to insanity," Zakharova said at a briefing in Moscow, answering the question from an UNIAN correspondent in Russia whether Ukraine may expect tit-for-tat measures from Russia.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on November 30, Head of the Border Guard Service of Ukraine Petro Tsyhykal said Ukraine had banned entry to all male Russian nationals aged 16-60 for the entire period of martial law.
