Russia's Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova has commented on her visit to Ukraine's Kyiv.
"Today we are doing a great and serious work, which will certainly be made public and reported to journalists. Just a little patience," she told a Russian journalist, according to the Russian news agency RBC.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Moskalkova arrived in Kyiv on August 23. The Russian Embassy in Ukraine said she would stay in the capital of Ukraine for only one day.
Moscow and Kyiv entered the final stage of negotiations on the swap of prisoners of war (POWs), including 24 Ukrainian sailors captured near the Kerch Strait on November 25. The swap may take place before the end of August.
